AISLING MALONE - Proprietor
Aisling has a NNEB Diploma in Nursery Nursing (from infant to 5 years) from the London Montessori College and also holds a Diploma in Montessori teaching (age 2 to 6 years) again from the London Montessori College.
Aisling recently qualified in FETAC level 5 Owner Management Programme. She has extensive experience not only in Montessori and Nursery nursing but also in caring for small children where she was a private nanny. This extends on to Aisling working closely with 2 of Dublins well known Children's and Maternity Hospitals.
Aisling also specialised in working with children and families with special needs which in turn led her to working with well known state and privately funded large organisations that helped families from disadvantaged and homeless backgrounds. Aisling has trained and qualified in the following childcare related areas, Paediatric First Aid, Child protection, Health and Safety, Fire Safety training, Meningitis training and customer services.

EIMEAR COFFEY - Manager
Eimear has a diploma in Montessori teaching (age 2 to 6 years) from Portobello School of Further Education. She is also qualified in FETAC level 5 Owner Business Management Programme. Eimear has a wide range of management experience working with a large well established Nursery where she led a team of 15 to 20 staff who were on a full time and part-time basis.
Eimear was responsible for all educational programmes for children ranging from 3 months to 9 years and oversaw the general administration of the business on a daily basis. Eimear comes from a strong teaching and educational background that ranges from teaching in an exclusive Montessori school in Dublin 4 and also held the position of class teacher in a large well run primary school in Wicklow.
Throughout Eimear's career she has cared for children and has led her to travel overseas to work with families and care of children in the family home. Eimear has trained and qualified in the following childcare areas: Paediatric First Aid, Child Protection, Health and Safety, Fire Safety Training, Dealing with challenging behaviour in children.
